Room 208 was a large and very comfortable suite with large windows all along one side bringing in lots of light. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings throughout, large shower in a modern clean bathroom. There was also a small kitchenette (which I didn't use) but would be suitable for making light meals. Overall the room was very impressive and extremely good value for money. It's just a few minutes walk to Baraka Mall. The hotel common areas are very spacious and well maintained and the staff exceptionally friendly and eager for guests to have a good stay. Breakfast is a buffet affair with plenty of choice, in a pleasant restaurant on the ground floor. The owners are working hard to upgrade and maintain the hotel and if you want to stay in this area (Swefieh) this is a solid option well above the competition when it comes to quality of accommodation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, situated near the 7th Circle area, where you can easily catch buses for your organized trips. The hotel's interior was nice, with an oriental and simple design. The room was spacious and pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the purple wall—haha. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with everything you need. I also appreciated the complimentary two bottles of mineral water provided daily in the room. All the staff were very nice and kind: the receptionists, Grace, the chef at the restaurant, and the cleaning ladies all welcomed me with warm smiles. I requested a breakfast box very early in the morning due to an early trip, and by 5:00 AM, it was ready without any need to wait. I want to thank everyone, and next time, I hope to stay longer, inshaAllah :)

We arrived after a long drive from Aqaba. Lunch was over but the manager had the chef cook us a 3 course lunch/dinner within 20 minutes. The food was amazing. Typical Jordanian dishes. We were flying home at 3.30 am the next day. The manager arranged for a boxed breakfast for us as we we had an early departure. She also arranged taxis for both me at 1 am and my daughter who was leaving on a different later flight at 5 am. The taxi drivers were known to the manager so I was totally comfortable with my daughter, a student travelling in the taxi on her own to the airport.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the breakfast chef. Rooms are spacious. We were a group of 17 people. Only one room wasn’t up to the expectations, lacking some of the comfort available in the other room. Rooms and bathrooms are relatively kept clean, not the sparkling cleanliness but fine enough. Some neighbors were extremely noisy at night but in general it is calm hotel. Grabbing a taxi or an Uber is very easy and you can access any touristic area in Amman for around 3JOD

I was put in a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately it was Friday night and the Ibiza night club opposite was pretty noisy until 4am. However, the next day I asked for a room change and the manager arranged this immediately to a very quiet room. The hotel is quite some way from the centre of town. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at during the evening. Breakfast was OK.
